Raja Ampat - The Last Paradise (A Kayak Journey)

Raja Ampat is one of the most diverse and remote island regions on Earth. Located in the heart of the Coral Triangle, this Indonesian archipelago consists of hundreds of islands shaped by time, tides, and the forces of nature. Towering limestone formations rise from the sea, surrounded by dense forests, hidden lagoons, and winding mangrove channels.

Exploring this unique landscape by kayak and from the air provided a completely new perspective. Paddling through narrow passages, we navigated between towering rock formations, discovering secluded beaches and quiet waters where the only sounds were the rhythm of the ocean and the calls of distant birds. From above, the patterns of sandbanks, reefs, and shifting shorelines revealed a constantly evolving world, shaped by currents and changing light.
